Michael Kannisto, Ph.D., SPHR, has extensive experience in strategy development and implementation for talent acquisition, development and retention in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. He speaks throughout the world on the need for a more disciplined, metrics-oriented approach to talent management. His current passion is the development or predictive models that allow companies to identify talent gaps well before they occur. Past positions have included: Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Vonage; Director of Staffing, University Relations and Employment Branding at BASF; and Director of Recruitment Shared Solutions at Johnson & Johnson. Michael has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, and Human Resource Executive. He currently serves as President of the New Jersey SHRM chapter of the Staffing Management Association.

Vicky Kamahele, SPHR, has over 15 years experience in higher education, talent acquisition and infrastructure creation. As Founder of Just Evolved Talent, she brings a passion for working with universities to understand their best selling points in the existing job market and preparing talent for the job search. Previously, as Head of University Programs for all business functions at Google, Vicky created one of the most involved global undergraduate, graduate and MBA recruiting efforts, contributing to the company’s immense growth. She also spent nearly a decade at KPMG, first in the federal and international tax practice and later, as Primary Recruiting Manager, Campus Development Manager, National Instructor and Head of KPMG San Francisco’s Involve Community Outreach Program. Member of SHRM and MBA CSC. Past Board involvement include: Robert Gregory Partners, MBAFocus, Wharton MBA, Morehead-Cain Scholarship Fund and San Francisco Volunteer Council.
